You'll need

Not much. In order to participate in our groupflight voice chat you’ll need to have Discord, a microphone (headset) and connect to our channel.

To ‘read’ the flightplan it is usefull to use the free app Little Navmap. This is one of the best flightplanners out there, especially for VFR. It also does IFR but that where NaviGraph (payware) takes the lead. NaviGraph sure helps if you’re flying IFR a lot, is has the charts, airways, frequenties and everything. But, as said before, Little Navmap sure does the job and its free.

The groupflight flightplan can be loaded in the Worldmap directly in the sim as well, or you can import it into Simbrief and load it on the MCDU in your airliner. A lot of info, everything is covered. Join us in the Discord voice chat and we’ll get you going!

Also, make sure to be on time. It usually takes about half an hour to get everything set up. So if the groupflights starts at 14.00h, try loading in the plane at the destination airport at 13.30h.

It has been an honor

Dear Pilots and Community Members,

After much careful consideration, we are writing to announce that Infinity Airways will be ceasing operations as of June 30th.

Since we launched, it has been a pleasure to see the community grow, share the skies, and complete so many memorable group flights together. However, due to changes in personal priorities, a shift in focus and the desire to move on to new projects, we can no longer provide the level of dedication that this community deserves.

What this means for you:

  • Website & ACARS: The website and tracking systems will remain online until June 30th, giving you time to finalize any logs. After this date, the website and Crew Center will be taken offline.

  • Data: Please ensure you have exported any flight records you wish to keep before June 30th.

  • Community: The Discord server will remain open for a short time for final goodbyes, after which it will be archived.

We want to thank every single one of you for your participation, your enthusiasm, and the professional way you represented our VA in the sky. It has been an incredible journey.
