What information do we collect when you use our digital services:

Infinity Airways collects the following information through the online flight tracker app ACARS:

• Pilot ID
• Password (encrypted)
• IVAO/Vatsim ID (optional)
• API Key
• Information about your flight (Sim, plane, speed, rate, departure, arrival, etc)
• Images, for the use of a profile picture members can upload a digital image. All information in that digital image (EXIF/GPS) is automatically removed upon upload.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Infinity Airways with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Register online.
• Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
• Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

Infinity Airways may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

• Usage of ACARS
• Manual Pirep

Infinity Airways collects your data so that we can:

Infinity Airways securely stores your data on a high secure private server located in Spain and The Netherlands (backup).
